Project Nehemiah is a capital fundraising campaign to pay off the remaining mortgage for Phase 1 of our building program and fund Phase 2. Phase 2 consists of the following:
- Worship Center
- Atrium
- Additional classrooms
- Additional parking
- Converting current worship center into a gymnasium
- Landscaping
- Playground
- Ball fields
- Picnic shelter

Building History
- 1/5/2009 Purchased 31 acres between West 19th Street and Military Road for $540,000
- 9/24/2010 Lifeway developed a site plan for the 31 acre property on West 19th Street
- 5/2/2011 Lieber Construction began using West 19th Street property as borrow pit
- 6/28/2011 Erected 30×32 steel building with concrete floor on West 19th Street property
- 8/23/2012 Architect developed floor plans and site elevations for Phase 1 & 2
- 3/23/2013 Church approved a $1.7M phase 1 building project on West 19th Street
- 3/28/2013 Architect commissioned
- 8/25/2013 Paid off the $540,000 land mortgage
- 10/17/2013 Trustees signed loan for phase 1 of building project
- 10/20/2013 Celebrated ground breaking on new property
- 11/14/2013 Construction on the parking lot began
- 3/28/2014 Construction on new 21,000 sq. ft. phase 1 building project began
- 11/23/2014 Occupy the Land! First worship service held in new building
